1. Licence grant
Subject to these terms, Devign LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run the Devign LIVE Games launcher and the games your account is entitled to, on computers you control, for the purpose of broadcasting your own TikTok LIVE.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, resell, rent, lend, sublicense or redistribute the Launcher or any game.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble them, or extract their assets, except to the extent that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
- You may not remove or obscure any proprietary notice.
- You may not use the software to build a competing product.
3. Ownership
The Launcher, the games, and all related assets are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in them remain with Devign or the studios that made them. Studio names shown in the catalogue remain the property of their owners.
4. Updates
The Launcher and games update automatically. Updates are covered by this licence. Because the Service depends on live third-party platforms, an out-of-date version may stop working.
5. Streaming and recording
You may broadcast, record and monetise footage of Devign games played on your own channels, including TikTok LIVE. That permission does not extend to distributing the game files themselves.
6. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach it, and ends when your account or entitlement ends. On termination you must stop using and remove the Launcher and the games.
