Beta key rejected? How to fix it
Quick answerIf the launcher rejects your key: check the spelling when it says not recognised, ask the sender for a new key when it says already used or expired, and wait an hour after too many attempts.
Steps, in words
- Open the Devign launcher. We will sort out your beta key together.
- Open Settings, then Billing, and ignore the payment buttons for now.
- Paste in your key, then press Redeem. Every game is free with a valid key.
- If it says the key is not recognised, check the spelling and try again.
- If it says already used, ask whoever sent it for a new key.
- If it says expired, ask for a new key, then try again.
- If it says too many attempts, wait an hour, then try again.
